ab99's Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
Enjoy entertainment within limits. ab99 always ensures that every player can play safely, consciously, and in a healthy way.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online casino and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — when experienced within limits. But when gaming goes out of control, it can cause financial, family, and mental health problems. ab99 believes that real fun is only possible when every player knows their limits and acts accordingly.
Our promise to every registered member on our platform is — we don't just provide the opportunity to play, we also ensure a safe gaming environment. From deposit limits to self-exclusion, ab99 has put all the necessary tools in players' hands.
Remember: gambling is not a guaranteed way to earn money. It is entirely for entertainment and at any moment both winning and losing are possible. So always wager only what you can afford to lose.
ab99's Safety Tools
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once this limit is active, it cannot be increased before the set period expires, but it can be reduced at any time. This is the most effective way to manage your budget.
Time-Out Break
Feeling tired or stressed? Use the time-out feature to temporarily close your account for 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period no login or transactions will be possible. Come back refreshed after the break.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose long-term self-exclusion. Your account can be deactivated for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. This decision is a sign of courage — not weakness.
Session Reminder
After you have been playing for a set amount of time, ab99 will send you a break reminder. This ensures you stay aware of how long you have been playing. You can set the time limit yourself.
Transaction History
You can view your complete deposit, withdrawal, and betting history at any time. Review your spending patterns and make decisions if needed. Transparency is the first step toward awareness.
24/7 Support Team
ab99's support team is always ready to help with any issue. Contact us in Bengali via live chat or email. For any questions related to responsible gaming, we will assist you while maintaining full confidentiality.

You are taking loans or dipping into savings to fund your gaming.

Practical Tips for Safe Gaming
Set Your Budget in Advance
Before each session, decide the maximum amount you are willing to spend. The minimum deposit at ab99 starts from ৳300, so playing on a limited budget is possible. Once you reach your set limit, stop playing for the day.
Keep Track of Your Time
Stay mindful of time. Keep your gaming limited to whatever spare time remains after spending time with family, working, and fulfilling other social responsibilities. ab99's session reminder feature will help you with this.
Do Not Bet on Impulse
Do not play when you are tired, upset, or angry. Playing when you are stress-free and refreshed is the most enjoyable. And remember — when you lose, trying to chase losses by placing more bets often makes the situation worse.
Talk Openly with Loved Ones
Discuss your gaming habits with a trusted family member or friend. They can see the situation more clearly from the outside. If they express concern, take their words seriously.
Do Not Hesitate to Seek Professional Help
If you feel your gaming habits are going out of control, seek help from a mental health specialist or counselor. ab99's support team is always ready to offer initial guidance and direct you toward the necessary resources.
For Ages 21 and Above Only
The minimum age to register and play at ab99 is 21. We follow a strict age verification process to prevent access by underage users. A request to parents — please ensure that underage members of your family cannot access this platform. Use internet filtering software if needed.
